    Really surprised that one of the best budget options is an Ozark Trail model. (In-house Wal-Mart brand.) Then again, one of the best budget options for a tire-inflator (cars and bicycles) is the current one made by Kobalt. (In-house Lowes Hardware brand, ironically made by a 3rd party.)

    If it's not an EDC light, just easier tossing in a single CR123 lithium primary into it. Always ready when you reach for it.

    That's definitely the best option. I keep an older Fenix PD35 Tac. model in the trunk of my car with 2xCR123 lithium primaries ready to go, just in case.
