I never heard of them, on-line search shows that they are the only ones that have the next big super flooder that I want in stock, no one else has gotten the item in stock. The item was announced weeks ago, it is possible that supply is limited to small production, soon no more, maybe.
I sent my first email to them Friday, Sept 3 at 5:31 pm, and they personally replied a few minutes later. I placed my order the same day at 9:30pm, and by Saturday, Sept 4, at noon, the tracking number that was sent to me a few hours earlier shows that USPS is in possession of the item. I call that super fast shipping!
