The inventory showed they had 9 in stock but could not find a single one in the store. I ended up getting the LP1200 model of the Lux-Pro for the glorious 9.99 price.

It's the model that runs on 6xAA. Whether it has 600 lumens, I don't know. The initial impression is, it seems to be built well.

Lux-Pro lights are a-ok for the money.

I've been using an LP-630 zoomie for a few years now and it's been pretty good. Runs off 3aaa in a carrier, but an 18500 works too.
Non regulated, so it dims but it's purpose was a vampire and light not something that shuts off at x.xx volts.
