This Fiat Lux K40vn is very nice IMO. As with all Fiat Lux lights, this one will be engraved as well. This is a XML2 5000K Dedome. The tint is perfect especially outdoor IMO. The beam profile or hot spot to corona balance is perfect also. All in all this light has been my pride possession. It's even brighter than some/most K40vn 6500K Dedome. I will miss it for sure!

Since this light is so special (at least to me) I would like to ask participants to post at least 1 picture with their post. Post a picture of anything and any topic and tell us a little bit about it. I think it's nice for us flashaholic to learn a bit a bout or just enjoy the things to be shared.

All my experiences have been great with you but the two that stand out are the P25vn and X10vn. P25vn was one of your awesome sales and I was asking a bunch of questions on it but forgot to post I'll take it. 5 minutes before I realized this, someone else posted I'll take it. Contacted Vinh to see if I was SOL or what and he said no problem, I'll order another one and give it to you for the sale price since we did talk about it for 12 hours. On the X10vn, the tint I wanted was sold during another one of these fantastic sales. All I said was I'll take the 4500k X10vn although I prefer the 6500k tint but oh well, I was late. Vinh, without asking, said I'll send you a 6500k unit. All I can say is WOW, Vinh is one hell of a guy!

Recommend you to everyone who wants a killer flashlight over on LPF. Travish actually bought one of your K40vn's after he saw my post of it

Nothing to improve except more lights!!!!! JK, we all know you push them out as fast as possible! Keep up the great work!!!!!

3 Fiat Lux lights, 1 V54 light and 1 P60 drop-in later... I can say that Wayne, Vinh Nguyen takes tremendous pride in his work. Whether it is squeezing the last mA possible out of an emitter or heavily engraving his lights, it shows. :twothumbs

1) Two of my favourite EDC lights. Lovely warm tint for both.

2) I have nothing but good experiences from Vinh. Quick replies on the Forums and PMs. Prompt shipping. Fun giveaways like this... Fun sales events... No other modder gives you this many options, and the fun of staying up until a wee hours of the morning clicking [Refresh] and waiting for Vinh to shout "Fiat Lux!". And mind you... He's usually donating back to some charity or good cause (like CPF). Thanks, Vinh! :thumbsup:

3) Here's my suggestion:
i) Keep doing what you've been doing! Offering modded lights that are affordable and available. And having fun whilst you're at it.
ii) Maybe you could do more re-runs of your Must Haves if the demand arises! I understand that your runs of lights are mainly dependent you securing a good bulk purchase price, but there's a Vinh newbie introduced to one of your modded lights every day and there's always going to be demand.

I'm absolutely loving my K40vn right now. I love the throw and how bright it is. Here in California, it doesn't get that pitch black since I'm in the city but it sure does amaze a lot of people on how bright the beam is when it gets turned on.

My communication with Anh Vinh is great. Quick responses back and forth.

As for improvements, I have none!

This is awesome, Vinh!! I haven't been into flashlights for long but doubt I'll ever buy a stock one again. So far I have 4 of your lights and waiting for you to get a shipment for my 5th. I also have an EYE10 TiC that you should get Monday. I'm in for 1: 1313!

I've only purchase 2 lights so I don't qualify in this, but I'll chip in my experience with Vinh.

Overall everything has been exceptionally smooth. I've never purchase anything from anyone online beside websites, eBay or Amazon. But my transaction felt very professional. I've ask way more questions then he needed to respond too but he still answered everything I needed to know.

Last Saturday I emailed him about the d40avn if he had any for sale, he didn't but he'll contact his distributor. He notified me it might take some time. So I figured around 2 week or more. But that Thursday I received an email with a usps tracking number and found out Friday it was sent Priority Mail 2-Day it. So it'll be here Monday.

So there's no doubt it'll be my last transaction with him either.
