I have an Oveready BOSS 219C that is a triple(clear narrow optics). Would anyone know if throw/beam patterns are identical?

It's most likely the same if they use carclo optics. You should email overready just to be sure as they didn't state it in the specs.

This light looks fantastic, and I'm stoked that he's finally offering a 18350-size titanium light...but I do wish it were available with Prometheus' classic combination of a Cree MC-E and a Ledil Boom reflector. I already own 3 triple-TIR lights (a Mac Tri-EDC, an Oveready Surefire E2E TorchLab mod, and a custom lego with a TorchLab Triple drop-in) and they work great, but I want the maximum possible variety in my collection. I only have one light with a Cree MC-E, and the Ledil Boom is the only reflector that can focus the Cree MC-E cleanly.

I'd get an Alpha Titanium in a heartbeat if an 18350-size version actually existed. I'd even commission one if Jason were still taking custom orders. I just can't talk myself into paying hundreds of dollars for an aluminum light (the Surefire mentioned above being the sole exception), because aluminum dents when dropped on pavement and titanium doesn't.

Some 18350 Alpha shorty tubes are still in stock from the last run :). I too would like to see an option for a Ledil/MC-E in the Delta ;)

I'm pretty sure the Boom reflector is 20mm internal diameter, but I think it wouldn't fit inside the Deltas head just based on the diameter of the head.

I PM'ed Jason, which optic would you be most interested in, I would be happy in the middle or even towards the throw side.

I must have missed Jason with the PM but I did email and asked for the narrow as my first choice.

Narrow is the default choice. All the Radial Groove are sold out except the Stone Washed. The Stone Washed finish look very glossy. Do you have any experience on what that finish feels like compared to the plain finish?

I had to get one of the stone washed.

Also IMR 18350s are sold out!

Any suggestions for where to get a couple?
