surefire stiletto??

Anyone have any experience with the surefire stiletto? This light has caught my eye and I'm curious. I love the maxvision and my most frequently carried light is my surefire E1B backup MV. I'm curious if anyone has experience with both if its worth it to spend the $100 for the extra 250 lumens...
