    It still has the hi-lo switch....but only the hi switch works. ;) Right now its like a really bright floodlight.

    I got the halogen version of this light.....must be a extra small ballast to fit in there...I could not get a regular ballast to fit.....so I had to go buy a bigger spotty that would accept my ballasts internally...I don't like the looks of the ballasts mounted externally.....I wish the HID...

    Not happy with it...the beam is all broken up.....has dark spots and is out of focus....anyone got any ideas how to fix the beam?

    Ding Ding....dude thats the one. :twothumbs it seems to have the least amount of flat area in the reflector too.....how is the beam? How did you anchor the ballast? Does it use a 12 volt 7ah battery? Could you give a short summary of how you put it together and how you wired it up....if its not...

    I already bought 2 55watt ballasts like yours....now I need a spotlight that has enough room for them.....I did a search and cannot find any helpful threads? :(

    What I am wondering is there a spotlight that is big enough to fit a ballast inside....one guy posted that there is not enough room...I want more opinions...I seen that Kramer had to mount his on the outside.....still hoping that there is a spotlight that has enough room to put the ballast inside?

    Yeah....I think it works more efficiently charging 1 battery at a time.....and thanks to the DMM I have peace of mind that it is charging correctly.:)
