    Hello. Does anyone have a tip, where to buy cheaply branded (Cree, Bridgelux, Lumileds etc...) COBs? And now I don't mean aliexpress or eBay. Because I'm searching for some good at least 5W COBs (18V) and Cree CXA1507 or CXA1304 which are also in 18V versions are not available on Ali or eBay...

    Yes, 700mA max (what I saw, 2C is max rated current for not IMR 10440 batteries). So if you want, you can add the 500mA measuring :)
