LED diode on the C8 Flashlight

Please help me, or give me an idea! I have several C8 Flashlights with a tactical switch where I have infused IR 980nm (invisible). Can you tell me where to insert a small LED to light when the C8 is turned on? I'll make a little hole or on the switch itself ...? Please study or give me...
