Can this charger, as the Panasonic website implies, power the USB output from batteries?
In other words, double as a USB battery pack? If the BQ-CC75 can't do this, is there a model that can?
I've tried this with mine, but it's not working.
I have an Ooma phone handset with two NiMH AAA batteries.
They're worn out after a year, and don't hold much charge.
What's the best battery technology for a constant charge situation -- where the handset stays on the charger 24/7 and is used occasionally?
Is there any data or study on this...
I'm seeking a NiMH that with an adjustable charge end point. In other words, the ability to charge a battery to "80%" or "100%" or even "110%" on demand. This would be for keeping batteries stored to 80% normally, but then top them up quick for actual use.
Is there a charger or charge...
How much should I trust the "lumens per watt" rating on household LED bulbs and fixtures?
They seem to range from about 45 lumens per watt up to 100 lumens per watt, all the in same price category. Ceiling mount fixtures, where the LED's shine downward, seem to max out at about 85 lumens per...
When, roughly, does the curve cross over between a high mAh battery and an Eneloop?
For a high drain same day application the high mAh will win.
When does the Eneloop win?
I'm setting up a construction camera for a 3-4 month run. In that timeframe, what battery should I choose? At what point does the discharge curve from a high mAh battery cross that of an Eneloop or Alkaline?
I see...
And I know that the general recommendation is to upgrade ballasts to something supporting T8.
However: my question is does anyone make an electronic ballast that either autodetects T12 vs. T8 bulbs, or at least has a switch. So rather than throwing away all the T12 bulbs (and their attendant...
Reason 1: no access to costco, no desire to.
Reason 2: no desire to buy then immediately discard a piece of junk electronics: that will just encourage Sanyo to produce more of the same packaged product.
Is the new Eneloop withheld from the wider USA market for some reason at this time?
Ah...
I'm seeking a source for the new (as of 2010) Eneloop or Eneloop Tone batteries in the USA. I've read here on the forums that Costo stocked them, but only bundled with a poor quality charger (http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=287231).
Specifically I mean the Model HR-3UTGA /...
