1x18650 EDC power bank with a light?

I could also do a Thrunite C2, a Convoy S2+, and a couple spare batteries, all protected cells. I don't know why I didn't think of that, given that it's been a solution for me in the past. But let's say I wanted a 4-cell power bank with good electronics (won't abuse the cells, mix and match...

1x18650 EDC power bank with a light?

Hello good CPF peeps, I need something for a teenager who spends a lot of their time on a farm and the rest out running around, needs both some extra charge for their phone, and a flashlight from around the farm. Needs to have both USB in and out to charge the cell in place. Must have: * USB...

Oh yeah, those Switch Infinias were good. Abandoned at my last apartment. :/

    CFL-shaped (with tube) LED bulbs

...what on earth?? It looks like there is only one manufacturer of these, doesn't appear to be any sort of a name brand. wow. Well that's certainly one way to things! Edit: forgot the link. There are 3 wattages. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H3CA8UE/?tag=cpf0b6-20

2017: fully enclosed fixture A19 LED, >800 lumen?

I've been searching quite a bit here and on the web because I am trying to find 75W replacement 5000K LEDs which will fit into a tightly-sized A19 enclosed fixture. This is still evidently a tall order in 2017. There are some LEDs that fit the bill, but the rating for fully enclosed luminaires...

dirt cheap, single 18650, flood/throw, and color temp <4000K?!

Thanks for that info. I did receive my S2+ and found I do prefer zoomable flashlights, however, the S2+ is still great for its use (kept in my bookbag for everyday carry even though I don't use it often). The 3000K emitter is very yellow, I would say it's more like a yellowy 2700K. When I use it...

dirt cheap, single 18650, flood/throw, and color temp <4000K?!

Ordered one with the 3000K emitter. What can I say, I'm old school :) Wish it would get here faster than 12-20 days though.

3/6 D-cell LED camp lantern: lithium primary OK?

Oh wow, guess I just assumed there were lithium primaries of all sizes. It's definitely easy to keep the batteries out... if you remember to do it. I'm mainly asking because just with how things go around here, there's a definite chance it would be forgotten :sigh:

    cheapest reliable low-drain 18650s

Okay thanks all. Wanted to see if I could find something cheaper to buy in some quantity as I and my camping partners switch over to an 18650 ecosystem, but it looks like it's not worth the hassle.

dirt cheap, single 18650, flood/throw, and color temp <4000K?!

I'd prefer zoom, but for the right quality and so forth at the right price, I'd forego it, especially since I won't have these much longer than next season if that. They are going to my housemate when I get better ones. Thank you for the recommendation! Where is the best place to look at the...

dirt cheap, single 18650, flood/throw, and color temp <4000K?!

Is this a low-rent unicorn I'm looking for? I am looking for a single cell 18650 flashlight that can do both flood and throw and has a color temp between 2700K and 4000K (lower is better). And it needs to be CHEAP. I'm going to end up giving it away after a few camping trips (mostly car camping)...

I like the diffusion too! What is the color temperature though?

    cheapest reliable low-drain 18650s

Hey, I've searched but this seems to be a rare topic. Is there any money to be saved in a high capacity 18650 if it can be low drain? About 1A max. I'm getting some dirt-cheap Chinese hanging lights that come with a 1000mAh 18650 (hey, at least they're honest!) and would like to increase the...

Something like Anker Powercore Fusion but with 18650 cells?

It is a classic engineering tradeoff in which you get a product that is okay at two things instead of being great at one thing. A lot of people aren't interested in that, but some are, because it's more important to them to have the two things in one package. I personally want fewer items to...

3/6 D-cell LED camp lantern: lithium primary OK?

Hey folks, my housemate got one of the GE "Enbrighten" LED lanterns. I understand there are different generations of this nameplate - this would be I think the newest, takes 3 or 6 D-cell batteries, has a somewhat bulb-shaped plastic diffuser inside the lantern globe, but it doesn't look like...
