    That's one of the great selling points of ZL flashlights, the incredible efficiency of their driver, especially on the lower levels. Many other lights have low levels, but they often only get a few days or weeks at those levels..... not 6+ months like ZL. Thanks for doing the test to confirm...

    Recommendations please for flashlights that can use 1.5 volt aaa lithium rechargeables.

    I was under the impression that lithium-ion rechargeable batteries were only available in 3.7 volt versions. Is this 'paleblue' something new?

    My experience, the longer you own it, the more you'll come to appreciate the versatility, easy of use, and reliability. I actually lost count of how many ZLs I've got, but I use them every day and every night, and have used them on my job for many many years. Enjoy!
