You were very conservative in describing it as "very good shape"; I'd call it in excellent condition even considering the tiny speck (about the diameter of a gnat's nose) of missing anodizing on the tailcap that has to be the result of the manufacturing process...- DimLite

Yep, I'm aware this is 3.4 - 9 V. module, but thank you for emphasizing it. I have a few AW 14500s; plus other hosts to run a 16650 or 16340s. Also, at less than 3.4 V. (Eneloop AA) it should drop out of regulation and run direct drive -- have you tried that? PM replied. PayPal sent. Thank you.- DimLite
