As always, if you have an Olight that uses a special version of a cell and this upsets you, it's simple to fix. Glue the the barrel to the head with a strong glue. Now you have an internal battery pack that cannot be replaced, just like many new lights have without any complaints..
There were two versions, the regular and the UT for Ultra Throw which was a no-dome chip.
SR52: XM-L2 @ 1200lm, 580m
SR52-UT: XP-L HI CW @ 1100lm, 800m
They do come up on Ebay. They stopped with the 50's and went with the 90's.

I'm afraid that all the current chargers (pun?) won't work with the S15R. That uses the first Micro-dok, the all black one. It has a post in the middle that presses the end of your light in. It also puts out 4.55 volts.
Take a look at the Micro-doc info on my manuals page...
That has that strange rather sparse user manual which doesn't explain much. This is a function on a few of their lights, always dropping back to medium or lower when double-clicking out of turbo.
Seeker 3:
TURBO AND RETURN: Quickly double click the side switch to enter into Turbo, double...
I agree with vicv. And a word on propriety cells -- no one is concerned with a sealed up internal cell that can never be replaced. But proprietary replaceable -- grief. :) Do you really want to constrain flashlight designers to work with any 18650 or any 21700 made?
What do the orange LEDs in the power button mean? I've read the manual, if it's in there I can't find it. The two green LEDs are under normal control with normal options. But there are also two orange LEDs that seem to light up at random.
Not hot, sometimes they come on after just a voltage...
I think we agree that determining battery level whilst running the light is difficult, not the nice R/Y/G LED always ready to read. Olight does go to great lengths to keep the user informed, even buzzes some light when low. I don't think they thought this one out.
I haven't had any problems...
So, just got an Olight Transformers set. It's a TC15 Ti light plus a TC10 Ti tube and all sorts of goodies:
A Duracell AA time-bomb is ticking away, oh no! A quick search – it's hidden in the holster in the back of the packaging.
Thank goodness it wasn't in the light!
Any of you going to...
