How many people are still using the Fenix old model? you know, like the P1D, L2D, etc
I've got a bunch of early Fenix lights. I love them! There are two that stand out because they have been in daily use since the day they arived in the mail. Alkaline-Quality or lack of
Thanks for the detailed information. I also have had a number of alkaline cells leak while still sealed in package WELL BEFORE their "use by" dates. Energizers seem to be worse than other brand names (e.g. Duracell) but they have been great in replacing any items damaged by leaking cells...- Flic

Would You still Buy an Arc AAA Today?
I know it's a case of apples and oranges, but with the IlluminaTi XP-E Q5 model now selling for $37.95 I find it hard to make a case for the ARC. Fenix PD20 as upgrade to P2DCE premium?
The Quark is a far more interesting upgrade. It features a Moon Mode and even the low is lower than the Fenix. The R5 also puts out a LOT of light. You will notice the difference way more than a P2D Q5 to PD20 comparison. And it gives you an excuse to buy another light. FYI I still carry a...- Flic
