    I have not but if u have a way of testing capacity let us know what you get, I just purchased the vapcell 18350 1600 mah form Ali and so far so good, 1575 mah tested capacity on those.

    Got the vapcell f16 yesterday and overnight the test result was 1525 mah capacity. It being brand new I'm going run it a few days in my flashlight and then retest, will see how it does then I'll retest capacity again……….well I ran it down and charged it twice so test this time was 1575 mah...

    For what it’s worth I purchased the XSTAR vC8 and it works great. It’s a easy unit to use if using for charging only and the other features are simple to use also, hope you find the one that’s right for you.

    Fenix are-a4, 21700, 18650, aaa,AA, c had it for about 4 years, good charger, look it up at the Fenix store
