Just came across this thread while looking for a halogen replacement for the sealed beams in both a 1986 F350 and a 2006 Wrangler. So instead of starting another thread:
The Hella Vision Plus DOT lamp 003427291 is the best option for the F350, would the DOT lamp 002395301 from the same Vision...
Sorry, I realize this is an older thread now but I thought of something else in a similar vein to the original question.
First though; I think anyone wanting to purchase the lights for a continuous look would want them as close as possible while still while still having them be serviceable...
I’ve noticed this as well! The refreshed (2019+) Cherokee has it, as does the Tesla Model X and the new 2019 Ram 1500 (not the 1500 Classic though). All of them spotted in the US. I’m not sure what the logic behind this setup is, as it looks like the car has a brake light out when the turn...

I ask this because I don’t see lights on the market that really fulfill what I’d like to do. Remember that movie Tron: Legacy? That’s the aesthetic I’m looking for, but in SAE compliant colors. Maybe it isn’t a good idea, but it’s one I’ve been thinking of for awhile. And I figure if there’s...
What options are there for SAE compliant sealed beams in auxiliary high and auxiliary low beam applications? And does anyone have a list of compliant sealed beams in general?
The only sealed beam auxiliary lows I can find for sale today are from Unity, but those are 4449 bulbs, which seem to...
I also have have a WJ, and am running 9011 highs with X-treme Vision 9006 lows. The way I installed them was by removing the Torx screws holding the retaining ring that the bulb slots into so that I could carefully sandwich the bulb between the ring and the headlight assembly itself. I also...
