Replacing EDC Wave
The leatherman sidekick is pretty nice. I don't have a specific industry that i needed it for so i tried to find one that is just good for general purpose. I LOVE it. the blade on it is sharp and can be opened with one hand.- JakeRStock

Multitool or knife with a wood saw
I carry the leatherman sidekick which has the knife and woodsaw. Both are easy to get out with one hand. I have used the woodsaw a few times and i have even cut some 1/2 pvc in a pinch with it and it worked great. You might want to check into that. I paid about $40 or so on amazon.- JakeRStock
