Reflector idea for headlights
i totally agree with the thread starter on this... current headlamps are either all flood or worse... a tight hotspot with spill.... this 'cone' you describe is best for the type of work I personally do with a headlamp.. and I basically make my own cone but using a reflector with a very light... -
Headlamps: A few contenders but no clear winner
i need to send 2 headlamps back to PT... one because the racket (angle adjustment) part sucks and has always been too loose on an old quad... and my trusty EOS has a small crack around the screw area and my friends EOS had its button snap on the inside... :-( -

Newbie - any Zebralight-like packaged products with higher reliability?
heh... i know what you mean.... my PT EOS just now developed one of the feared cracks (i have the OLD model plastic) :(... I'm pretty much going to risk it with Zebra and hope the dice roll my way... They make the best design as long as it holds together! :D -
LM 338 Driver Problems
i don't mean to steal the thread.... but how do you calculate what watt rating of a resistor you need? I understand how to calc the actual resistor but not its watt rating...- jar3ds

neat light... but i wish it was a CR2/RCR2 or AA/14500 setup so it would be more keychainable this is where Ti lights really seem to have an edge in wear and lightweight.....- jar3ds

Princeton Tec EOS and XP-G,....
