    Thank you for the info. Headlamp ordered! Better off with lithium or rechargeables? I understand that the lithium have a longer shelf life, and are lighter. What do most guys use? Thanks, Joe

    How does this light work with a 17670 in it? I would think the lower voltage would be an issue. Anyone have practical experience. Would 2/ R123's make it go "poof"? Thanks, Joe
