LiFePO4 and 21700 Li-Ion Safe to Store in Vehicles (High Temp)?

Yep. For critical applications when I really need my lights to work, I use the CR123A batteries. They never have let me down. Or in the dark. John

LiFePO4 and 21700 Li-Ion Safe to Store in Vehicles (High Temp)?

I have a MagLite ML150LR for emergencies. I charge it and my other lights up on June 1st for hurricane season. I test it (them) when I am done. The Maglite is dead in December. So, I do not depend on it. On the other hand. I had a Surefire G2 in my truck with CR123A batteries. It was there for...

    Putting Fenix Through Torture Tests

Thank you Fenix light. We like our two Fenix lights. We have had them before Erma. They are perfect emergency tools for us during hurricane season and other times when light is needed. I know they will function correctly when needed. I never thought about registering them before. I found the...

USB rechargeable 16340 cells. 50% fail rate.

This is interesting. I had the 16340 fail in my Mi1c Klarus light at the beginning of the year. Less then 12 months. I would turn the light on high. And it immediately would go to low. I charged the battery through the USB port. No change. Charged the battery in my Xtar charger. No...

    Putting Fenix Through Torture Tests

I was under the impression there is a limited lifetime warranty on Fenix lights. If purchased in the US, the warranty is done in the US. This kind of talk is what is confuses people about Fenix's warranty.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING FENIX PRODUCTS

Good information here. I purchased my first Fenix light last year prior to hurricane Irma. A PD35. Never thought about a warranty. I don't remember where I got it, except it was in the US. Sounds like if I have a problem in or out of warranty, I could get it repaired. I like that. Thank you. John

    Armytek Wizard Pro v3 headlamp/right angle review (18650, XHP50)

I bought one of these from Andrew Amanda flashlights prior to hurricane season. I like the light and have had no issue with it. I wrote support with a simple question about operating it. I never received a reply from. Hope I never really need them.

    In the Pipe...Klarus G35

I recently got a Klarus xt2cr. I liked it until the time came for recharging. The only way for me to get a full charge on it is to remove the battery and put it in a charger. i asked Klarus about that. They just pointed me to a page with their chargers on it and to use their charger. I just use...
