    Acebeam repair

My only experience with acebeam is that they never replied to me when I asked them about a problem with my X80. I emailed a few times with different emails but no response. Then I emailed them about be a reseller for their lights and they replied faster than the speed of light, so although I...

Jetbeam SRA40 intelligent built in charging AA eneloop

I ordered four sets of these at amazon when they were around $15.00 usd a few months ago. Even with out low dollar and shipping, fees etc, I saved about 30% getting them sent to me in Canada. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JHKSMJU/?tag=cpf0b6-20

Jetbeam SRA40 intelligent built in charging AA eneloop

Even better if the SRA40 had usb charging as well but oh well, so many lights are missing one thing or another.

Jetbeam SRA40 intelligent built in charging AA eneloop

I've charged my eneloops with the SRA40 built in charging, no problems at all. Seems to take a little longer but other than that ok.

    Sunwayman D40A

Unfortunately I had to cancel the trip, but still had much fun shining it around the local forests. Great little light. As for the D40A vs the SRA40, the d40a has moon mode and the sra40 doesn't. I like both lights and on low the jetbeam lasts 14 hours longer than the sunwayman but the...

    I'm done with Cool White!

After collecting many lights, too many probably, I prefer CW in my throwers and NW in my flooders. I sold all my CW flooders and NW throwers.

    Sunwayman D40A

I have six BQ-CC17 panasonic chargers and charge all my AA lights once every 6 weeks to keep them topped off just in case. So far I have never had a power outage or needed to really use them for an emergency but I like to be prepared just in case. I love all the AA lights too.

    Sunwayman D40A

I thought maybe only to shine it at the donkeys as they carry people up and down the narrow Grand Canyon trails at night...... hope everyone knows I'm kidding of course. Yes, I would always be and am respectable where and how I use my lights.

    Sunwayman D40A

Will take both your suggestions then and get a nice looking box to carry the light in, thanks.

    Sunwayman D40A

Was thinking of bringing my X80 on my next trip to Vegas and Grand Canyon. I'm just a little concerned if they could possibly confiscate the light. It's expensive enough that I would be disappointed if that happened.

    Sunwayman D40A

I see, thanks, thought it was not that simple anymore.

    Sunwayman D40A

Can one still fly with lithium batteries inside the flashlight in the carry on bag?

    Sunwayman D40A

lol I know the feeling as I recently got a boat load of lights myself. The honeymoon was over when I saw my credit card bill!

    Sunwayman D40A

Battery carrier is not a deal breaker as I just grew my left thumb nail a little longer to make it easy to grab them and slide them out. Need to do this to my X80 as well as batteries are tight there too. As far as taking some time to process orders, it happens, especially since Black Friday...

    Sunwayman D40A

Picked up D40A a few months ago and it has a lot of nice features. Moon and beacon mode, low battery indicator, separate power and mode buttons, SS bezel and, orange peel reflector with decent throw. I got the CW version and it is a very clean white, hard not to like this light. I use...
