    Quark Mini 2AA Battery Question

the manual says the same thing, but this is precisely the issue. it was a time when L91 batteries and the like were new, and not every manufacturer mentioned their compatibility with. For that matter, L91 have a resting voltage of 1,8V, 3.6V combined. That is why i am asking

    Quark Mini 2AA Battery Question

hi all! I am planning taking the Quark Mini 2AA off the shelf, and using it as my travel bag flashlight. Question is...can it handle 2xL91 batteries? (1.5V lithium non-repleceable, with a real output of 1.7+V) What is your experience?

Old LiIon Battery voltage settling/drop after full charge

hypothesis..... assuming that resting voltage is 3.8...... and in practical terms any battery that is used a while and measures 3.8 has about 40% capacity left (CPF rue of thumb) could we suppose that the cell in question has lost 60% of its capacity? reference...

Old LiIon Battery voltage settling/drop after full charge

thanks all for replying so far.... question is: how low would a battery, with 20% or 40% of its capacity lost, show (resting voltage)? Here are some voltages measured 20.11V for a 20V power tool battery 10.96, 11.78V for a 12V power tool battery.

Old LiIon Battery voltage settling/drop after full charge

It has been a while, so I do not remember any. If we are to measure an old battery's voltage after charging, we are to see voltage settling lower than 4.2 (nominal) after some time. the amount of voltage drop and the time it took to go there, is considred an (aproxiamte) sign of old age and...

Connecting a driver and P60 Shell

even quite leye, here is a tip... pre-tin the shell before installing the driver. At the exact locations you gonna solder the driver to. By pretinning Imean put a light coat of solder before assembly. this way yuo will be able to heat the shell significantly, without damaging the driver tec.
