I'd second the LM warranty in the UK. I had a Squirt P4 that I snapped the pliers on (don't ask, no idea!) and I posted it off to the UK distributor, Whitby Knives, and had a brand new one back 4 days later.
Just did the same with my ancient Surge, and got a brand spanking new one in 5 days...
Anyone else tried this? Made this using a cheap "True Utility" multitool and my trusty Dremel a year or so ago...Great for travelling light, and has built in spring clip on one end...!
Leatherman Surge? Uses a removeable, standard fit jigsaw blade. Can be swapped out for the supplied file as well. In terms of cutting, the Victorinox saw is brilliant (I remember absent-mindedly sawing almost entirely through the leg of a school desk with the one on my original Swiss Champ!)...
Oooh. Pics, please. Have been EDCing a P4 for years, recently combined with a Victorinox Cybertool. Pin/tweezers would be great for keyring-only EDC...
