    Inside the Wuben flashlight factory!

Thanks for the factory tour. It is nice to see where my latest favorite flashlights are made. I have bought over $3,000 worth for myself, family and friends. We are all impressed by them. My favorites are the X0, X1, X2, the G2 and the E19.

a what point do you stop collecting ?

I have been collecting since 47s sold Fenix flashlights. Then 47s went solo with their own brand and I followed them (and bought them) with great enthusiasm until they ended their 10 year run in 2018. They were my reason for collecting. With cutting edge technology, variety, great pricing and...

    What makes a light "EDC"?

I have always preferred the, barely noticeable in your pocket, single aaa flashlight. For 13+ years now it has been the Foursevens Preon 1, first generation, with a clicky switch. And powered by a 10440, for the 360 lumens when I need them. In all these years I have not found a better EDC.

What was the last LED light you purchased and why?

A Foursevens Mini Turbo Mk II. Which just arrived today from South Korea. I am a Foursevens kind of guy and I really miss their style, their quality and their cutting edge flashlight technology. Even four years after closing up shop, David Chow's flashlights are still competitive, even in...

The 4Sevens and Foursevens Picture and Random Question Thread?

Re: The 4Sevens and Foursevens Picture and Random Question Thread What an awesome thread! Thanks for the MANY pictures! My first 47s Brand were the polished titanium's with serial numbers and the last were the Mini Mk IIs and the SS Mk IIs (going away presents from David Chow) plus four dozen...

    AAA Lights; Post your favorites

My favorite aaa is the original Foursevens Preon 1, with an added clicky. It is 3 1/4" long, 1/2" wide, titanium with a red aluminum body. It will run on a 10440, putting out ~ 360 lumens on high. I have carried it for ten years and though I am always looking I have never found one better. I...

    Review: FourSevens Mini MKII Turbo

At the time you ask, I would say so. Today, after over two years since they were first introduced they are still holding their own. Impressive, in this market. The Mini Mark IIs were the last hurrah of Foursevens and I believe them to be the best light they ever produced. I own nine Mark IIs...

    Fireflies E07 (1x21700, 7x 90+ CRI emitters)

BLF comments suggest a lack of communication or no response at all. That troubles me somewhat. I hope you receive yours soon and you can post a review of sorts. Thanks in advance.

    Fireflies E07 (1x21700, 7x 90+ CRI emitters)

After further research... Caution. BLF comments are becoming more negative. I suggest a wait and see before depleting funds. Hoping E07 is all true and not too good to be true.

I like the clear anodized version as well. And the dings go unnoticed. : )

    Preon P1 MKIII

I have had common problems and was told to send it in and any problems they find they will resolve when a cure is found. I think I will wait for the cure before sending it back. I have returned to my Preon 1, for EDC. I wish that the production models would allow for 10440, as does my 1st...
