    When you are sure batteries are ok and nothing change than the Flashlight is broken. Normaly the flash every 30s is low battery warning.

    No, it is not allowed to do this, only iTP Sevice. But i think it is not a big Problem, when you buy an Shaver with batteries, you cant change too. Or look at othwer things. @MattK, yes you are right, never seen a Flashlight with rechargeable Battery with this good performance for this price.
