Newbie needs help. Utility/emergency light with bad board: 18574 CZ-090-A
Have a portable 36 LED that runs off 4 x 18650 batteries. During an emergency it was overcharged. It started blinking on high (3 mode, lo-high-red/blue flashing). Now all four Panasonic batteries won't charge and when a single battery is inserted the light comes on. Switch is acting like a 5...- mrmuse1155
