Help selecting driver

Hi all, I'm new to this forum and to working with LEDs in general. I'm trying to figure out what driver I need to power a strip of four LEDs Cree XM-L U2. Each LED has the following ratings: 2.9-3.5V / 3A / 3W. The LEDs are wired in serial configuration. Thank you so much.
