NEBO Cryket LED Flashlight 6437 THREAD PITCH? or tube extention

this is a good handy flashlight, But it takes AAA and all my other flashlights are CR123 or 18650. So I tested a 18650 and it would work with it, but it would not fit in the tube, the tube needs about an 1/2 inch so is there a tube extension...
