Agreed with all above. 395 nm is NOT uv. 365 nm is what people call uv. 0.35W is not much power. See PL-6U for a 4W version in 365. Very dark. Warms your skin. For industrial applications mostly.
Sorry for late response. The original Polarion batteries had some parasitic drain. This was fixed several years ago. The new packs for PH series and Abyss series are in stock in the USA. Capacity is 5700 mAh so it's an upgrade over the original battery packs. Polarion does not recommend...
Interesting article from EE Times.

You may consider LED angle lights from Polarion. Designed for firefighters, they have a solid charging cradle, nylon housing, water proof, dual mode etc. It's a professional product so a bit more expensive but well worth.
More clarification. @usdiver As the page explains, the CSWL light is obsolete. It was replaced by Mark 3/6 which is NOT for civilian use. The PH50D gives you exactly the same wattage (50W) with a high quality reflector. Additionally, the PH50D is rated IP68 to 50 meters for duration of battery...
What about a simple HID light on a gimbal (40 or 50 W) with a remote AC power supply? No battery to worry about and the light can be oriented anyway you want. 40W will give you a 1000 meter beam. All for about $2k.
Seconding XeRay.
Can't see a civilian product above 70 watts (or frankly the need for one). Your dual Abyss is water proof to 100 meters and 45 W is enough for most applications after which you go to PH50D or XV-LX70 type lights. LED searchlights approaching the 1 km range are possible with...
Nothing can ever be ruled out! That said, HIDs have been eclipsed by LEDs (pun intended) in the mind of many. The total available market is not what is was 10 or 15 years ago (IMO). For many mid-range retail customers, LED is perfectly adequate. After all, not everyone is guarding a fort...
Clarification
Polarion is a Korea-based manufacturer. They made the CSWL light which was partially modified/assembled in the USA. The US company that did that final work is no longer in business and the CSWL light is not being made anymore. HOWEVER, Polarion Korea is still going strong and...
Polarion released a new series of LED lights in past 12 months. SL series in 5W, 8W and 10 W. Working with chip manufacturers, they also released an 8W UV version that complements their NET40 HID UV light. For clean room manufacturing, forensics and mineralogy. The 1700 mW flux is enough for...
I was able to test a 2011 CSWL light in good condition with the new Polarion battery pack.
When the CSWL was released, the battery pack capacity was 4400 mAh. Polarion subsequently upgraded to 5200 mAh and more recently to 5700 mAh (in the same form factor).
I got 83 minutes of continuous...

LED = flat emitters, can be hard to focus, monochromatic, heat management critical in high power applications. Many claims are based on over-driven modes that work for a few seconds.
HID = more or less point source, easier...
