You're right. There is suppose to be one o-ring on each end. The first one had been installed and you just need to install the other end's on your own. :)- reefphilic

I've collected them on Monday. The machining is very nice. It is even better than my older ones. But the surface finishing is not up to my standard so I sent them all for centerless ground finishing. Hopefully no one mind the extra 3-4 days delay in exchange for an even better end product...- reefphilic
