I would recommend you get a good functional driver going on a breadboard before anything else and then try and scale it onto a PCB with design software such as eagle or equivalent. Then send it off to OSH park or equivalent PCB maker and get the PCB's. Then reflow components...

Dropped a 4000k Nichia 219C 90+ CRI into one of the two and its pretty great, better than the stock LED to be sure especially the CRI, reds/oranges looks alot better IMO.     I just got back in the flashlight game after a while away. And i can tell you one thing, i used to be all about the most lumens so usually always went CW. Now im all about high CRI so things look like they are supposed to so am all about high CRI 4000-5000k LED's now. Im loving the Nichia 219C's.

    nice find. I just ordered 2 so we will see how far i want to get into modding them. Stock UI seems ok on paper ill likely just swap emitter but you never know when something in the UI will set you off lol.
