I really like this light, but I hated that they took the tail cap clicky off. I also really liked the stainless steel of the v1 and the v2 bezels and wish they hadn’t don’t away from that.

I see lighthound has a AA edc light with a stainless steel clicky! Works with 14500 or AA. It looks pretty inexpensive, and it's got three modes. I have no experience with this one, just saw it and thought...hmmm...maybe! Called the Lighthound AA Flashlight, Cree U2 LED . Good luck!
nitecore defender infinity. I love this light it's small and compact but it packs quite a punch for it's size with 145 otf lumens I also really like the infinitely variable function as well as the quick access to strobe.

So Im looking for a single AA flashlight for use as an edc but also as a backup to my issue light for patrol. Im looking at both the Nitecore defender infinity and the Olight I15. If you all had to pick which light would you choose and why?
Last one I bought was a Akoray k-106 because of the multi-modes and the good rating the 109 got from some forum members. Also, you can't beat the price at $13. Guess you get what you pay for from deal extreme though because even though its "on its way" it hasn't come in about 3 weeks.
