    Surefire Backup Models

    That's the original E1B Backup. It's either an 80 lumen or 110 lumen model. I believe if the Surefire logo is the older slanted font, it's more likely an 80. After this, the EB1 (not E1B) Backup was released with a larger head and 200 lumens max. Followed by a short run of 300 lumen models...

    Xtar VP2 Overcharging

    Yep, thought it was the switch as I read your original post. Mine is very old and the display is really dim now, but it's been a really great charger. It does an excellent job of topping off small cells like 16340's.

    What LED Flashlights Have An SOS Mode?

    Fenix PD35 (also probably all Fenix handhelds) alternate from fast stobe to slow strobe every few seconds. That might be what you're looking for. HDS Systems lights have SOS available through programming along with some variety of stobe patterns added for their "bike light" UI.

    How does one go about ordering Peaks with different Nichia LED's? Or are these modified? The only options I see are "cool white" and "high color rendering".
