    OK figured it out, it seems to be they are filtering by location, all my tests were via european based internet connections. When I try via a US based one it works. I guess when they say "We now accept orders from U.S. customers only." they went all out to make sure that it really is US...

    I run AW RCR123's in mine. The EDC's were not designed with primaries (non-rechargeables) in mind, they do not provide enough power for the flashlight, you will more than likely not experience the light to it's fullest. e.g: high will have a similar output to medium.
