My question is not about screws but about the clips themselves. The long is listed at 61mm, based on the picture the short one looks like maybe ~45mm. Are both sizes of clip available?
According to this post on another forum, there is a hidden 'Engineering Mode' on the Manker T01 and U11 that can be used to recalibrate the brightness of the lower modes. Maybe that will help?
This "titanium alloy clip" is listed as having two different sizes, but there is some discussion in the "Question & Comments" about whether the long and short sizes are both available. Can you determine whether both sizes can be purchased?
Yours has increasing brightness with each click, rather than decreasing brightness?
Also, worth noting that an 18350 battery can also fit in this light.
On mine, the connector seemed like it was aligned, since I was able to use it once. But then I tried to use it again and it just snapped off.
Disappointing...
It is indeed really simple to do an emitter swap, and it is indeed a greatly improved tint -- here's my before and after comparison:
The size difference is because apparently I didn't put my camera back in exactly the same location after doing the swap, but the settings are identical...
I got mine yesterday and ran a "charge test". Unlike what you show in your tests above (and what I gather is supposed to happen), instead of charge-discharge-charge, it just did the initial charge and then discharged it. I.e., it left the battery at 3.0V when it was finished, and I had to...
Turns out there was nothing wrong with the light. It also turns out that AW 16340s have a fractionally taller button than Olight brand. Works just fine with an AW cell, both modes and everything.
Since the description of the light says the switch is patented, figured I'd just look at the patent document to see what it says. Searching for 201520922098.6 at the Chinese Patent Office website brings up patent number CN205105440U (sorry, can't figure out how to link to it directly).

Re: Lumintop Tool Ti (Nichia 219BT, 1xAAA, Titanium) Review: RUNTIMES, BEAMSHOTS ...
Thanks for this update, I was a little unhappy with the mode spacing with an alkaline (medium too close to high), but I like it a lot better with the higher max output with an Eneloop.
I think I found a solution to my problem: using an Eneloop AAA instead of an alkaline, high mode draws around 1.8A whereas low and medium are about the same as before. So instead of having a lower medium, that gives a higher high, noticeably brighter. Can't complain about that.
Re: Lumintop Tool Ti ReyLight cheers and jeers thread & Poll: Would you buy a Ti clip
If anyone else is curious, looks like you're referencing this post, with pictures of Thrunite Ti5 and Preon P1 clips on a Tool Ti.
Got mine a little while ago and am enjoying it quite a bit, thanks. Fit and finish are spot-on (custom engraving was a nice touch and came out great), and the emitter is very nice. The brass pill really heats up on high mode!
My only (very minor) complaint is with the mode spacing. Mine...
