    Not sure on protected cells, my guess is that they would be too long. Microstream only works with button tops also.

    Check out the new Maratac Nichia AAA Copper!

    Just received the rev4 Maratac. Mode sequence m-l-h and it seems to have almost identical output as my copper tool w/nichia which is roughly 80 lumens. I like the light, and the mode sequence is ok, but not the output boost I was hoping for.

    I contacted Richard and he said he does not offer any spring mod. Mine was turning off when it would get bumped, especially when it gets warm. This is due to the springs relaxing. Richard advised that a way to correct this would be to put steel springs under the fancy springs, but I have yet...
