    Test/review of Charger Panasonic BQ-CC55

Grabbed the Varta LCD Multi Charger+, it's just wayyyy better. It charges every single battery that I have. 8 bays of individual charging Display so you can check progress Conditioning mode for older cells I may buy another one as I have to charge 40+ batteries per week :)

Panasonic BQ-CC55 / Eneloop pro problem?

NiMH peak at a certain chemical reaction and then rapidly drops in voltage. This is how chargers using delta-V will know that a battery is fully charged. If you wait 5 minutes and plug them in again, the charger will have no idea that the batteries are already fully charged until that delta-V...

    Test/review of Tronic AAA 1000mAh (Silver-Black)

Actually these batteries suck. They develop a high internal resistance within months, so they perform quite badly. I would avoid. If you do have to use German based batteries, go with Varta instead - Those are quite good.

    Will NiMH cells do this?

If they drop down to let's say 0.30v they are ruined.

    Japanese Eneloops

I dont think they are popular enough to be honest, but I haven't heard anything about counterfeits. The ones I've purchased over the years from various shops, including Amazon, perform fantastic. They also feel more premium compared to Eneloops, but that's just the wrap they use :)

    Japanese Eneloops

Get some Fujitsu White. They are exactly the same as the Eneloops, manufactured at the same factory and ONLY made in Japan. http://www.fdk.com/denchi-e/rechargeable_battery/standard/index.html

    Test/review of Tronic AAA 1000mAh (Silver-Black)

I purchased these like a year ago, they still perform fantastic. Their AA batteries (also the black ones, 2500 mah) are fantastic as well. The issue with Tronic batteries however is; They are sometimes too big (or fat if you will) and will barely fit in devices that are made for standard size...

Charger: Only charging 18650s and don't need more than 2 slots. Xtar?

Would also recommend the Nitecore D2. A slow charger at 500mah, but over the course of 4 years it has never let me down once.

    Protected vs unprotected 18650 battery

If you are using those cheap Chinese flashlights, which I do because I always seem to drop them, I'd highly recommend using a protected battery. Other more expensive flashlights have their own protection circuit (or chip rather) and can use unprotected batteries just fine and dandy. The plus...

    Quick AA battery charger

The Panasonic BQ-CC55 can charge completely depleted AA batteries (2000mah) in 1.5 hours for 1-2 batteries, and 3 hours for 3-4 batteries. Also have pretty lights so you can see when they are almost done charging :)

    Test/review of Charger Panasonic BQ-CC55

As always, thanks for the great review! I recently picked up this charger and so far it has worked great, however after I tried with 4 batteries, issues occured. After 4 hours I thought maybe I should check the temperature because they were all on yellow. One battery was too hot to touch, the...
