    Recommend me a flashlight for mounting on bike helmet for night mountain biking

    You're going to have a hard time finding something in a compact size with a high capacity battery that will work for a helmet mount. I'd recommend keeping the battery pack separate so the helmet wont be top heavy.

    Digi-Key & Mouser seem to have the best selection of Cree XM-L -XM-L2 emitters with the cheapest cost and fast shipping.

    Where to buy panasonic 18650 batteriers

    I believe IMR has the Panasonic protected batteries and places like Orbtronic & Illumn only have the flat tops. I've yet to see a fake Panasonic protected battery so most of the time I'll just purchase them in bulk through Aliexpress to get the cheapest price.
