Replacing T3 halogen reflective ceiling fixture with LED

I am replacing an old ceiling fixture that is essentially a T3 halogen floodlight reflecting off a white ceiling. These were popular some years ago here in Israel but I can't find any pictures online, so I guess it was a local fad. In any event I'm trying to figure out the correct brightness...
