Best compact RFID wallet

I have to carry an RFID ID card, plus two proxy cards to get into my building and office, and also carry an NYC metro card. Anyone know of some good SMALL (like for business card-size) wallets or card cases with RFID protection?

Do a search on Kickstarter for RFID and there are several projects. Most have an external website for sales post-kickstarter.
I was looking at some yesterday actually.
