Can I remove the clip from the M2 Millennium?

Love the light but hate the clip. Can I remove it without breaking the light?

Sure, 1) remove the bezel, 2) remove the o ring, 3) remove the clip. Some can be forced with thumb pressure alone (stack your thumbs), others require placing the end of the clip on a table while pushing the body down against it.

I purchased an older M2 from a guy at the marketplace and it showed up minus the plastic insert that keeps it properly aligned in place....I wasn't too happy, :scowl: because it was ignorantly jammed in the slot. I used a shoelace to pull it out. Then called SF and ordered a new clip and insert.
