Eagtac DX3V?

had a look at the DX3B and DX3L Manual...
the Dx3V model is mentioned, but I could not find any other reference to it...

What it could be?

Just what's in the manual, it's a 21700 version with the same ui . As far as I know it hasn't been released yet
