Filing out sharp crenelated Ti bezel?

How do you DIY file out the sharp edges of a crenelated Ti bezel?

You mean remove the crenelations themselves? Or just soften them?

Remember, titanium is pretty strong stuff. It may take a number of dremel wheels to do what you are thinking. Do you have any photos you can show of your existing bezel?

Just to soften or decrease its aggressiveness.

You can use Scotchbrite or an equivalent sanding sponge pad just to smooth the sharp edges.

Thanks guys for the input. I ended up sanding the sharp edges on a sandpaper with a medium grit and refine with an eraser block. The result is subtle, but I achieved what I wanted. Cheers!
