Led Lenser H14.2 problem

Hi, I have had a H14.2 for a few years. Has worked fine until now. I cant switch it on. Every time I press the front power switch it makes a quick flash and then nothing. Advice please

Maybe the switch contacts are corroded to some degree? Try switching on and off many times - if corrosion is the reason for the observed behaviour, it may be scratched off by this, and resume normal operation.

Seems to me more like a problem with electronics itself. In my opinion, its not switch corrosion. Switch is recognized, circuit tries to supply power, thats why LED blinks, but fails.

Could be locked..? A possibility anyway.
