Does anyone here on the forums have an ML 150 LR that they can measure? Wondering what the inside diameter of the body tube measures and what the outside diameter of the rechargeable LiFePo4 battery measures?

It's pretty much the same inner diameter as the ML25 and 50. (They use the same tailcap)
Battery is a bit larger than a C cell. I'll have to find my digital calipers to be more specific.

Actually the ML50 becomes a bit more narrow past the tailcap threads and that won't allow the ML150 battery to go in.
The ML150 battery slides easily into the barrel of the 150 but it's so close in size that if you slide it in vertically it seems to struggle due to the tight tolerance not allowing trapped air being displaced by the battery to quickly scoot past.
I have some plastic calipers handy but they're about as acurate as the weatherman (no offense calipers). I've no idea where my digital ones are so..... road trip to Harbor Freight time. 😎

My antique Emoli's fit if I take the paper insulator off. But, that is far too dangerous.

I never heard of Emoli's.. I once knew a guy named Emilio,, but he sold taco's not batteries (-;
Emoli was a Canadian company that made one of the earliest high drain 26650's. If I remember correctly, they could only be harvested from cordless tool battery packs.
