Need a rechargable light for hunting and spotlighting long distances

Hey guys, hopefully you can help me out here. Requirements are:
- less than $125 (on amazon)
- rechargeable
- ability to adjust beam from flood to spot

Streamlight 75014 is the closest I've found, but not sure if there is a better light for the price.

Well, I ended up ordering the streamlight strion hp led. Raccoons be afraid.
