Hopefully, someone will be held accountable if the cause was a failure to report an issue and delay the ship's departure.

One notices the "news" station couldn't be bothered to report the actual number of people that were killed when the bridge collapsed.

Why didn't a ship crew member sound a horn or other alert so the maintenance crew on the bridge could have had a fighting chance?
The workers were in their truck(s) having lunch on the part of the bridge that fell first.
If you look near right center and to the right of the sped up video you can see two sets of flashing lights on the deck. That was the workers.
A policeman had blocked the road to the right near the end of the video but did not have enough time to go warn the workers.
Sounding the horn would not have helped.
