Here I thought I was Stud Duck of our local area in re spotlights with my Brinkmann MaxiMillion. But alas, two kids just out of college just opened a go cart track in the next town down the Interstate, and as an advertising device they somehow got their hands on a WW II General Electric M1A1 72inch AntiAircraft Searchlight, and the blasted thing WORKS! I was coming home from Madison, WI, and I could see the light from 25 miles away playing across the sky. Oh well, at least my MaxiMillion, and my M6 are at least a little more portable. Nor do they have insatiable appetites for 1/4 inch diameter welding rods. This is sour grapes on my part, for while they are more convenient, those kids STILL HAVE THE BRIGHTER LIGHT, DAMN THEIR EYES!!!!!

But I think it goes back to why everyone likes the ARC LS with the 123 option. Building a bright light isn't tough, but to build a bright light you can carry in your watch pocket....now that's an accomplishment. TX
