  • Good post, but you did not need to quote that other guys whole post. Yours was what I came to read.
    Central California, I keep my motor home in Stockton, nice time of year. In my own case, if I follow the, manufactures instructions the Pilas is not to be used to charge AA cells. All I have is AA cells. This whole forum is about NOT following manufactures guidelines, then the guy cops out and basically says follow what the corporation says without doing any original thinking.

    So, are you suggesting that if I wanted the brightest key chain spotlight, that costs $35.00? (NiteCore R2), That I should buy a charger that costs $35.00 more and does not safely charge the AA cells needed for my light?

    Are you also saying to buy this charger because it has some old antiquated tried and true, charging method that new technology can never hope to better?
